On June 17, 2020, National Assembly of Vietnam officially passed the Law on Enterprise 2020.
With the aim of completing the legal framework for the organization of corporate governance in accordance with international and regional’s standards, promoting business development, attract investment capital, resources, enhance the quality of the business environment, Law on Enterprise 2020 has been issued with the variety of new provisions.
