Duong Thanh Minh joins DTLAW as a partner and is a head of DTLAW’s branch in Ho Chi Minh city. Mr. Minh has 7 working years at Ministry of Justice, participating in many projects of legislature. He hold many legal positions, such as Director of Dai Tam LLC, General Director of AMC, Member of Board of Director at Legal Club of Banking – Bank Association, Expert Collaborator of Vibonline – VCCI, Commercial Arbitrators VTA, Commercial Mediator CDER, Mediator at Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center.

Minh is admitted to practice in Vietnam as a qualified lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation.

– Successfully defending at the appellate court for a bank that does not have to perform payment guarantee obligation of more than 100 billion according to the judgment in First-instance judgments.
– Successfully defending for the mortgagors from the obligation to secure the credit limit (loan, LC) of the original 63 billion and incurred interest of the enterprise.
– Successful defending for an investment company in a contract worth 35 billion contracts with a large Vietnamese seafood enterprise in Can Tho.
– Protecting the business cooperation status of individuals at the rate of 66.7% of the value of enterprise’s assets in disputes with enterprises.
– Successfully defending for most cases of disputes on sales, transfers, services, capital contributions, business cooperations, land and civil disputes.
